These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this founding member waitlist website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is directed primarily to adults in North America.

1. Who we are

We are an AI technology company focused on helping people with dating and relationship decisions more efficiently. These Terms are between you and the operator of this Site.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 (and the age of majority where you live).
• You must provide accurate information and use a single personal waitlist signup.
• Automated bulk signups, impersonation, and unauthorized bots are prohibited.

3. What this Site is

This Site is a pre-launch waitlist and research surface. Joining:

• Does not create a paid subscription or collect card details
• Does not guarantee a launch date, city availability, or any match outcome
• Does not mean every feature shown on the marketing page will ship unchanged

Product descriptions on the Site are forward-looking illustrations of what we intend to build. When a live product launches, separate terms may apply.

4. Founding Member offer

Founding members may receive one free month at launch (marketed as a $99 value). The offer is limited, promotional, and may be adjusted before launch as allowed by law. After any promotional period, continued access may require a paid subscription (currently described as $99/month, subject to change).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse invite links, surveys, or waitlist mechanics
• Submit false, harassing, or illegal content
• Probe, disrupt, or attack the Site outside of good-faith security research (see our Security page)

We may remove waitlist entries for violations.

6. Intellectual property & feedback

Site materials are owned by us or our licensors. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR ANY PARTICULAR DATING RESULT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS WAITLIST SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where Canadian provincial consumer laws mandatorily apply to Canadian residents. Venue for disputes is state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California, subject to non-waivable consumer rights. We will update entity and venue details when our company registration is finalized.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where extra consent is required by law.
